The Indian, oh they have a lot of those spice, you know they can even make a soup, with those lightly oil fried spice, and you boil that water soup, its a warm soup.
The Indian spice in itself, like cumin, and tumeric, some people can just drink that combination with some oil lightly fried them. But they have sell them in the package in Canada. In America, I never look out. In Canada, they have a such big population.
With the guys, they cannot just eat the hummus. For the girls, so the digestion is easy, to keep slim, to keep the body shape and the exercise plan all the time.
