Mark LOTR, I am fine. You and William need to hold-on yourself a little bit right now. There are....some of the other people they need to be discharged ...and re-position but they are probably all dragging their feet, its their parents home, or whichever home town saying. Pack and get up.

The hunger response, sometimes your whole morning like 9-12, that is 3 hours. Do you drink other than the first 2 giant cups upon you waking up at 7 or 8 oclock? If you are not eating, or on fasting mode a bit, you drink down per hourly 1 cup, til 12:00, you don't drink before you eat.
You just go and keep peeing?
Yes.
What about the afternoon?
Not after you eat. Not after a heavy meal, just a sip is okay.
Maybe after 2 hours.
At night, not after 8. Sip, okay.
