Let's say that girl shu shu shu exactly I told you and you believe me. You go inside your room, quietly, and just copy that shu shu shu whatever that done, or you wave that air with a thing in your hand. You do that 2 or 3 times to "satisfy" your subconscious mind, that fullfill, then you move on to your next subconscious mind. You don't keep resisting that. Its just being funny, and you grow up knowing, that is not funny anymore.

You fullfilled that, your subconscious will relax the conscious mind, that's what it means here.

So, when you calm down your mind, and not dying on it, you and him together.....

You can work on your subconscious wants a little bit, like 5 things per day, you write it down, you cross off. Its per subconscious you start to realize a lot of the bad subconscious mind is behind your thinking. And when you let it loose or let it out a bit the air, your entire body, or your head space will feel a lot more relaxation. Its in your room, you identify that problems, you get to know yourself. 1 thing to 10 things, 1 week.

Then second week, you only do 1 thing, so totally you move away 11 things inside your life in that 2 weeks, you body relax, massage, or going out. You gradually move away a lot of the brain garbage, including your mother.

Then that time, if you can sense she is really alive or fake. You wish to know some of that through your body intuitive. Those knowing sense.

You look like just wake up, ....20 mins ago, you are so giant inside your body, or your body skeleton weight so heavy.

If people will lose the faith in me?

The doctor needs a pen, not a faith to me. Lock you both 4 hands / feet up, that things have to be taken off, I have zero time you growing up pamp talk, or the medical procedure if the X-ray seeing it clear, those are the professional talk. When you doing your paramedic?

No, you go to sleep for 3 months getting rid of him, you don't need to start on your subconscious mind, that diligent. Go to sleep, rest, 3 months later, you trying out another thing

You go to your normal daily life, rest 3 month to 1 year. You can later trying that subconscious mind. The older you get, it will get painful for you, screaming, shouting, hating, or writing or tearing apart those paper you write.  Not now.

You just bind to Hugh together. You two stage looks about the same.

When this all done, you just be a vegan or the vegetarian for 1 year or 2 years. Say a prayer, then you done. Put your thought at stronger force of your mentality, not those too many religious idea. You are the military with a title, live up with it.
