In Asia, you know you have to walk everywhere if you cannot afford to sit in the car to run about, or this urban planning seeing the same like the Western World, and every metro, or the exit, you have to find it yourself.

- You can afford their kitchen to have a separate suite on a dehydrator, on their own keep making this energy bar made of the sunflower seeds, or the those...the raw movement the recipe.

A small cesar salad (not the roman lettuce, those cheap lettuce, its a bit greener), so that used the bread crumb, the simple white toast to bake, and shut off the oven in 5 mins, and forget them inside.

That is 2 big giant bag for the 5 people to snack on.
The vitamin C bottle, the B12 for the ladies, the multi-vitmin.

There is a wheatgrass a very strong juice shot, you probably ask the kitchen to make. Too strong for the stomach.
For us here.....I have to walk a lot up or down, to get the juice to sit there for 2 day, or the whole day drinking nothing but that.
You have the fruits, or the selected juicing if you fork that, you take down per spoonful to make a small cup, like you lacking the food, or not grocery shopping as much.
