You want to tell them

  • They buy 5 green /or yellow or orange bell pepper (or the red)
  • Cut them in half, get rids of the seed.
  • Some vegan meat (Bill Gates those) or the real meat ( with some eggs or tapioca flour)
  • Paste on these 10 cut open half pepper
  • + the salt + some sugar
  • + if you want to try a hard box tofu (crush them mix in them, too)

Bake 1 hour. That is their whole week food?

They just have an apple + one pepper + some avocado / cucumber /tomato salad.

Take some vitamin C, after the lunch. 

The oregano oil, in the morning tincture would be the full droplet, don't touch that with your finger or your mouth.

You buy a loaf of the white bread. Is that 15 in there, the cut?

So you take 8, the half are used. You cut them in strip, no trim the edge, just keep cutting straight down. Put on the tray, put a lot of the oil on top + parsley bottle. You look at it, every part has to soak, and the pan is oily on the buttom, it won't stick. That is your whole week food, too.

That is the bread crumb, you set 5 mins (the smaller oven), and shut it off, leave it another 5 mins. Its done.

The rappini soup, you get 2, very big? Yes, when you open all that. You soaked them in the sink, (you wash your sink a bit, just keep rinsing with the water.) You salted both bundle 10-15 mins, and shake it in the other water session, your entire body is in the sink, shaken that. You will get tired.

You cook for 1 hour + 2 tomato + 1 onion.

Its a little bit bitter? Yes. You can add a bit sugar after, you get used to that taste, your palate will change to a lot more mild...to all food.

The other half of the white loaf.

You can do the veganaise or you bake that with the Earth Balance in the small oven. ( you trim the edge away). You taste it. The first bite. You cut in the triangle.

You got the cucumber, then, you shred them, you can put on your skin, or put on the food. Peel the skin of the cucumber. You squeeze the water away, you use that veganize a lot more, so that is not soggy. 

No, you don't eat a lot of the bread, just in case you are hungry. Its just the bread and the cucumber.  Both that is vegan, no butter, no diary.

You buy a case of the black olives.  2 cans.

You soak them in the water, 5 mins. You know how you leave the above that bread crumb 5 mins. The same time, drain that way. You doing the 2 things together. You write it down.

The Vegan Cheese - you use those Nacho heating pot, electric

You just drop them in block, 1 2 3. 

  1. Mac n Cheese
  2. Nacho / with the salsa those glass you buy near the corn chips. 
  3. Double Chicago Pizza, the same filling.
  4. Quesadilla


I added the green onion, washed....

What if you finished the nacho these batches in combine? You didn't even cook, you just plug in that nacho machine, you put the water in it, and let it heat it up to wash it. 

Nicky eats those quesadilla I think.  That is a tortilla in a bag, you lay down on the flat chopping board, 2 makes 1 quesadilla, you have to take out 8, each them is 1 quesadilla, and Shane and me has none. But if I just use the 2 bags of the tortilla, that is probably not enough I will tell you that.

Do they eat these things? I don't know if they eat this things. Maybe the salsa and the guacamole.
