And when you have no one to talk to....all of these are stagment in your life. I try to tell a story, to move your life where about? Its danger, its safe you talking to your own family, or you are about to die, or something so horrific happened?

Everyday you must move all these schedule away, so you can lay down and be rested.
Isn't everyone got scared when the diseases hit them, and they have a job, or a stress, or they all thinking about how to die, like the money short, or the jobs to attend, or the life to pretend?
So why don't you make a life decision when you writing them. You cannot change by what? By communicating, or by saying, or by taking it in the inside mode, because no one can handle your real life other than you know you doing it fine?
You change one thing a day, you input your own health talk, one paragraph a day. Literally at your own life, the diet, the health nutrients, or the ideas where these body chemistry go. You cannot keep running on a job, and saying you have no time for you yourself.
Like you have no more parents, or you have no more sibling neither we can tell, or even your classmates are not the real MD and all that, and no more nick...aren't you scared if you pretend to be me, the cancer idea? Shane will never look after you those language talk?

You need to put your will in it, every step, you have to believe in health. Be firm, be determined, be understanding your life circumstance, its not by dying, all those heaven or the hell talks, you did think through. Does the life have a meaning the day you started this purple ring, and how they all make you feel, or how you pretend, and starting as a youngester or the teenages, to where your son will grow up, that same things will happen to him or them.
