  • Your 4 limbs you paying attention where you going.
  • You build up 10, 20, 30, 100 jump ropes. Everyday you telling yourself mind and body and soul to get well, to get strong, to get fitness.
  • Per quota count if you thinking you gonna get old. 10 times walking, 20 time waving your body, 40 times, 60 times 100 times. Even if you are 100 years old. You build up your muscle, you build up your nutrition, you build up that tolerance for aging.
  • The vitamin statue, the health news report.
  • The health books from the doctors. Nowadays everyone when they purchase a book, they see if they are the MD, or Ph.D when they published. 
  • You understand your body structure
  • The Internal equilibrium
  • The external rational thoughts, or the things that bothering you.
  • Expressing yourself with the clear langauge, seeing a MD psychatrist to vent, to talk, to communicate. You don't need to talk to your parents, but remind them something is up inside your life. Being responsible with them first. They understand that is your personality. 
  • Remember to hydrate your body, osmosis water, or the distilled water.
  • This routine in the Western world will require a Costco Card, or Whole sale food, that is require a community people, you wish to trust to move it, to ship it, to every 2 days getting out of the door. 
  • In Asian, you eating that 7-11 or no commute required.
  • Your eye sight still, I notice its everyone don't know that the blood works importance, so that is anything saying about on my channel, its that the blood = the river of life in the ancient describing that will get you through your clear thought, not foggy head space, and your eyes clear, your entire being, you seeing things in front of your clear, including your road block.
  • Your mental strength talk.
  • You and your near by communication talk.
  • Your language use, or your attitude to your professional work.
  • You can vend by writing it down a diary, writing it down the frustration, and see if your brain less clog or foggy. A lot of things is your self work to ensure your entire body chemistry is always stable.
