Yeah, even for your face. Its just vegetable, no starch, but you keep healthy with a lot of these vegetable.  No, its not complicated, you pick up from the America supermarket, right? That was what usually I can see, but I also buy those kales and the ACE bread. The distance how you shop, you shop some extra things on your way back.

To balance most people's work, the commute time, and you plastic bag wraps your purchased veggie. As a girl, if you want to be with a guy .....You go to the farmer's market, or even here my mother gone to the morning market, how you hand on touch these green, or herbs, or picked the potato, or tomato, your eye to see and find? 

You know what it is if people stay in inept means to you? Because you don't know how to shop for the fruits or the vegetables just stood there? 

I won't get in line, if the guys they spent the money to do it on their own shopping, but as a girl if you are inside your own happy world without the guys, you know how to shop those basic necessarity, be or not be with the guys.
