What did I say that time? 我那時候說了什麼?

I say not to think about them, focus what you can see, deal that is in front of you, not to envy, not to think, not to compare, just focus what is you know yourself, and push that through. That was a religion in itself, but you apply in the real life.

我說不要去想著他們，直視在你可以看到，處理在你眼前的事情，不要忌妒，不要想，不要去比較，或是直視對著你自己的問題，去推著前進，那其實是一種宗教的教理，但是你運用在真實人生裡面。
