To the people 對人群

They are all your staffs, not just as the disciples, but there are some middle person they process things to how you end up having all these shows. You think about how you doing the very last few time, you see if you want to improve those literal sense, what to say to them, plan to say to them, every ladder. 

The contact person, the FG, the SMTV, all of them are your disciples, and then you re-word all that experience to see if you tell that to your successor. You are not going to let me teaching her how she being pulled apart inside that entire crowd.

1. You position yourself, sometimes in advance, with the contact people. Like: "There is a seasonal flu and the over crowdly scenario, your plan to tell me."
2. You position yourself again, with the nun or monk internal people. Like: "You all meditate and learning my teaching. I need some stuffs to be in the sequence that I believe its best in your doing and in my steps to success in doing something in the next several months."  (I have no idea what that is)
3. You position yourself with the trainee : (no idea if they are the successor) Like: "You know how old I get with the age does not make the time return back to where I used to be. You miss me? Tell me....."

You carry yourself some conversation, normally. 

You start to spread yourself a little bit outward more, you gonna step down in how many years you plan? So you get easier with you yourself first or unless you think those are the more difficult things to do?!

Just start to position yourself. You fail, you success, you re-do.
