Your parents, your family, or your bf, or your kids. I got none of that other than my mother..... So I tell her the truth, the last time she heard of the things, Web 2.0, and then what does she think people stay home to work. To keep the conversation opens.
Are you drinking the distilled water ? Are you taken your vitamin ?
The weight is everyday efforts, and the supplements someone reminds you all the time.
I used to have my routine in America, so I constantly intake the juice, or the soup parts, that doesn't make me too hungry, too hungry. With Shane or Nicky, you can tell, we get a kitchen, if I am in Asia, the same thing. You have to acquire your own produce, and cook the soup slowly, and you nourish yourself per spoonful the soup, or the juice. You don't become too hungry. I notice I eat a lot of these take-out, its very very fat.
I walk, I run in the house, small jogging parts.
Asia is where a lot of the population gathered, so with the food, I can always just take out the vegetarian parts, and make the soup home. You know the expense in America, the house, the medical, the food, the transportation is really heighten. You all can move here.....!!! Westlife or Backstreet Boys.
I thought about it. A lot of people cannot save money in America, because these expenses are so high. In Asia, there is a way you can save the money and still going to see the doctor or talking to the nurse or the medical people. I thought about that, I heard something whom works in the Amazon, and then got sick, and let out on the street in 3 months, he lost the house as well.
