If I eating things down to my stomach, and that's say drinking a lot of the water down.

Stop. 

You just drinking the water, not the solid food. No. You wait 30 mins, that water is really going it down, you put the solid food, somewhat more digestible, Chinese we have the congree, those stew white rice, somewhat. You don't need to chew even, and you can lay on your couch, your head on the back, but your waist straight. Digest.

If you are like me have to lay on the bed by those external forces, don't eat. I just skip the dinner or the TV all together.


But what if I am hungry, long day on the heel?

You check your TV schedule time, or your head running that schedule by 10 you go to bed, you cannot go to bed by 7, washing, bathing, rinsing well below, or water bathing, you get your blood in the water, just soaked at it? No more schedule book other than that bath tube, I would say.

You finding something soften to eat, some kinds of the stew, its a night time, you are not going to digest the meat in 6 hours long. The stew rice, or those small amount pasta. You shower bathing first, before you sit down and eat. You can just use that slow cooker idea.

You usually buy like sushi container those? That is an entire food inside your mouth and chew it, bite it down, you most likely just swallow the entire things down, without the chewing. The guys doing that because they think their stomach can put anything inside their mouth. That is the guy's world. The lady never does those things, not with your digestion system.
