That kinds of the life like 10 years doing nothing but moving, moving, moving every 3 weeks or 4 weeks. You can do that in the trunk, or the SUV back seat?

Get up in the morning 2 cups of the water, get 1 or 2 or 3 bottle vitamin C bottle or the l-lysine, or the B complex, or the B12...all those, the super food, the fruits smoothie in the morning for 5 days, or 2 days on the weekend.
You want to write it down, one thing to 10 things on the paper
Type it, and print it out. That morning, til 7 oclock, you do 2 things. Drinking the water and go to the bathroom, then add another thing.
I used to do that myself, or with 1 person.
Now the more I doing it per yearly, these....only 25 years orientation table.....starting on the cooking and the ordering lists, because I have to repeat that.....
