You make the soy yogurt with these peels fruits in 2 container, the morning you taste some, or afternoon back, you eat that quick, and take a shower, and prepared your dinner, and ready exercise outside walking a bit, or ready for bed for the next day.

You don't get too hungry, to eat everything you ever cooked. 


You get those sour dough you recognize in Tops or in Wagmans, or in Kroger (KY), you know what a sour dough looks like, already slice?

+ avocado  +  some dice tomato  + jalapeno. 


Every week, you get 1 container of the chicken. Boiled. You only set yourself eating once, that chicken whatever.

No can foods like the CNN says.


You can eat 3 chips, but put that chips bags back. On that plate....you set some measurement every night you coming back from work, you guggle down every food in your mouthAny artificial drinks, or the food take-out, or the Chinese fast woke to eat, or the sauce or you craving something, its not in the car, you get in, and put in your mouth. 



You get a set menu, a set schedule, you don't complicate your shopping, you don't complicate the food choice. Sometimes you slip out, ....but you aim at 5 pounds each week. That is 2 kg. 

You cannot die on the starvation, so sleep through at night, and get up next morning walking again.

Well, we gonna use this Korean drama the strawberry Nestle, did you buy? You don't use the milk, just add a spoonful at that orange water 1:1 mixture, seeing....that kind of the artificial drinks you like it. 

Those are? The powder. 

Usually they microwave the milk with that. No, you using it those bubble tea shop stuffs. Or you always have those shaker, and the ice, all that....you be creative on your own. Its a TV says. They sell it here. It can put down some of your craving, or your hunger, a little trick here or there, you wish to buy outside too lazy to get out, and instantly at your bottle there.

You have a 40 pounds of the orange has to be used.....so be creative !!


Is there an ingredient for the vegan cocktail?
