Those are called the elements, when you have a layout. You are not going to be doing all these all at the first day, or the first week. You focus down your 40 pounds, and shrinks all the health indicators, that is you focus per day, that 5 mins, that 10 mins walking. That 5 mins in the office walking to the bathroom, or one extra bottle water. You have to determine to every details. Only focus that 50 mins piiles up per day.
The morning 10 mins breathing outside the door, get in the car, or stand next by 5 mins, moving your head, stretching, that is 15 mins.
In the office, you take 2 mins, here or there, moving your chair, move your head, or your body 4 limbs, 5 mins, 5 mins, 5 mins = 15 mins. Then you lunch break, you give yourself 10 mins.
15+25 mins = 40 mins. You must focus on your entire body, per finger nail touch, you washing your hands, you seeing yourself breathing, to get hungry, you have to drink the green powder, or the thermal bottle, or the water you prepare for yourself, or just swallow an avocado. Its tastteless but its a food going it down.
When your head is focus on 1 thing, that is 40 pounds, that's it.
7 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. You don't think of anything else in your life, that per day, your breathing, your work, your working out per walking, per 5 mins, to per 10 mins. Per meal, to per lunch bags. You have to focus on writing it down, remind yourself, walking to think, or tape to yourself and listen.
Something you input, you have to concentrate to that efforts, 100% on your body, you cannot do any other things in thinking, other than per muscle, per breathing, per food, to eat, or to swallow no matter its tasteless, or just a plain salad !
