UB UK, finish....outside your world (losing 40 pounds)
One is UB page, one is UK page.
- Its to get slim, and get your romance going, and that is something to look for inside your real life. 40 pounds, you won't look like you yourself today.
- You get into that language, you think about, you stop your hunger and guggle the food too fast, too short amount the time.
- You got scared, so you eat eat eat.
You write down the points, how to stop that hunger. That becomes the part of your langauge.
- I am not very confident to do this, and I got scared I got yelled at.
- My family called me.
- I drove back and forth to the house because I forgot things. It stresses me.
- The gas money, the mileage, the U-turn back to the house and get back.
- I didn't feel that was a very resourceful day, I got hungry.
- I got upset, so I need to eat.
They say that, when you identify the problems, 50% of the problems are solved. So when you identified your life, and you sit down and think about. You improve that per point.
Every problems? Yes.
As long as I write it down and identify, that is 50% solving? Yes.
Do I stare at the problems sheet?
No, you write it down, and you gradually to find the solution.

You know how many people these giant mess of you? That is 200 people on their 200 pounds weight if were saying where you all been the last 20 years.
If you all 200 human be exactly the same shape should be....I am sure a lot of the things just delay, if you all help 1 another person in the mean time, about 300 people, to get to some average of your own bodily structure. A lot of the things can just put that on the side.....I didn't see that all immediate, someone else to go and do their jobs.

Losing Weight
- Your diet, and your exercise, your plan to shrink down a kg or 2, that is about 5 pounds. (2 Kg).
- You walk with your 2 arms more waving, and you breath more the air to help the metabolism.
- You eat more washed vegetable and boiling them.
- You do care about your look, one thing or two, so you put the make-up on it.
- Don't drink the pop soda, you drink the green tea.
- Don't eat the yogurt, instead you use the soy yogurt.
- You get the distilled water to fill up and transport, even those work out with a smaller trolley you can get.
- You walk around the farmer's market, or the neigbhor summer garage sale, not to incur too much expense. Always think before you spent.
- Shrink down the diary products, and some fast food, or the artificial drinks or the coloring, and you sleep before 11:00.
- Don't drink the alcohol, keep the super food as one of the dialogue langauge.

- You cannot shop in America or here in Taipei, this morning or night time coming out of the things to put inside your mouth when you are by yourself 1 person living.

- Because there are the birds she likes, or the clouds she cares about, or this ringing the car siren sounds every tiny things outside her window. She insists she has to keep sitting that way.
