I like to cook, so when I stay in that life statue, I just cooking everyday.

When you keep busy to keep some fitness, you also keep your mind fresh and less still.

A lot of the motion in the space. You might be surprised, my mother keep a lot more awake at this age than a lot of the people right now all around her. Its 7 years pass, some people talking to her, telling her what's important in life, and her attitude also changes. She looks at herself, and she looks at others. She built her confidence.

If we are talking about this is Military (not UB, they never gonna participate, CAC, Dr. T's song)

You look at your age right now, and you calm down to do one dish, not one menu really really good. Because I think you learn one dish, you forget. You literally can forget that procedure if a long time you never done it.  You have the things in your mind, or something you plan on doing inside your life, so you didn't heed if this is the group activities, and why people participate at the cooking, and if later has nothing else supported after the Hunger Game Year or the Catching Fire.

I also don't know. The movie didn't tell me, or there is, I just don't know if that means going to Washington D.C.

You think about that? You have to stay in some places, and whom sponsors you to go there, and how long you decide to stay near there? They have the residence lives there, so you gonna learn some methods of life like their organic store or the outlet, mall all those structure how they built? If you are so eagerly to argue with your team leader, or uneasy how you being there....you can just go out and seeing some of this City planning that situates in the D.C. Why you observing them? You bring to the conversation if you got invited to join some local talk. You make an impression you just sounds like you live there as the residence.

And what is that preparing food?

When you stay in some interval things, including I take 5-10 mins to lean on the wall to sleep meditation 5 mins, meaning some space. You already purchased some avocado, some ACE bread, some cloth from their store. Some cutting board, you bring that Japan traveling knife, less sharp so not to cut you, you can make some red onion, or shallet you have a sandwitch to go with the cheese, with the avocado, one cutting knife jobs.

Inside that D.C, everyone inside their mind doing things, you are one person inside your own room, you eat, you sleep, no one cares. You take care of yourself to be refresh, no matter how many session, or including some public social occasion, if there is a guy next by, that is 2 or 3 people eats right there. No one is running around and you can prepare your snack time, in so many way, you are prepared the whole day, you have things to drink, to chew on, to rest in that one room.

Again, in that entire D.C, no one knows you are rest well, not running outside left or right, so the big debute, you seeing the stranger? Your American President !!

You didn't think ACE bread, let's say you bring 2 or 3 stick inside your hotel room, one cutting board, cut the middle open half, and break them apart half, that is about 6 sandwitch. The guys eat one full ACE bread I think, but okay saying half, they just looking at the rest of the food exist, they feeling better?

You ever think just buy some extra?

You open an avocado, spread right on the bread, tomato slice, cucumber slice, veganaise spread, everything is slice slice slice paste, or stack up a sandwitch for the guys.

  • If you be with a guy long enough, that routine is already set.
  • If I am by myself, I don't need to explain to anyone, how anything were done, I just show up the event, everything looking normal ! You think this looking normal?

I probably try to imagine behind, you have some people practice for some lengthy of sometimes, any Zen, or any meditation, or any kind of practices without her SMCH.

You are entering one Washington D.C, using your IQ, and eloquence or the social skill to get through things if you have to.
