You know the time to eat its fix every day, lunch and the dinner, or the brunch is the fruits or the juice. Its ready to just take out and drink?!

You see the variety of the food always get prepared, every single day.

You trying to say its the stocking food, or the fresh just purchase the food, you have to wash before it goes bad, process before it stays too long in the fridge, so that routine has to be set. The guys see the food they like, they know what to buy, I just need to keep that process right. 

你試著說備著的食物，或是新鮮剛買的食物，你在食物變壞之前，就要先洗它或是處理它，不要太久在冰箱裏面，所以整個流程已經固定了。
