Normally, these 4 points frame, you saying you see, you reflects your conduct, you reflect your internal per thought, per act, per deed, literally, seriously but you cannot make it that sometimes wobbling, you just keep trying to reflect, and turning back and forth on the decision. At least you thought through and you reflect on it. 

通常這種四個點的框框，你說你看到，你自省你自己的行為，你自省你內在每一個思想、每一個動作，每一個行為，認真、真實的，但是你不能真的做到，那有時候左右徘迴，你就繼續自省，跟轉來轉去自己的決定，至少你想過，你自省在上面。
