Yeah, its a holiday season, get your mood better. Relax your mind, look at the far distance, like anything in the green trees, or in the white cloud, or the blue sky, somewhere far, your vision use it. No, take your eye glasses off, relax means, not your head tension anything on you, open up your eyes, rub your forehead, open your 2 eyes with your fingers. Breath the fresh air, with your lung, be conscious forward your eyes looking at front, and open your eyes to see it. 

William is probably tired, he is walking !

Well, he, his 2 doctors or someone near just watch him by himself 1 person, keep walking in the long giant space, so he isn't comfortable with a walker, alone.

He is used to carry a conversation with anyone around, and the space by himself he wasn't comfortable alone, its per muscle he cannot see, he feeling it. I don't know what they make him to do. They are the professional doctors so they must know what they are doing with the physical therapist. 

Do I think it always works?

Yes. That is why they hire them the physical therapist. Its not very heard of, but I would know about it. He gets through his 30 session each of them, he will realize, he is not that 30 session before that. He never thinks like that.  You thought about after the New Year, you would try which doctor, ever?

Not to talk about you, Mark LOTR....my ex bf had this shoulder relocated probably as early as he went to Canada and doing some of those construction works very very heavily or these pulling up things through the elevator. If I hire him some doctors because I can afford it, its his shoulder, those by forces at his age, it may or may not be anything, but we take the X-ray, or the doctor like we found from the Youtube. He is like King Charles and Kate's those news.....probably Queen. Those age, so I told him something. 

Let's say someone be more aggressive to the doctor's appointment, then, a certain thing I will put more efforts are those doctor's visits and fees, or his teeth. He likes a certain Toronto those laser's doctor. I think we have here, too. A lot cheaper so I can do all those when my resources are filling in here. Being aggressive to the doctors means.....go and sit down and talking to, being asked, and answer them, and sometimes for the patients just to talk about it, its someone next by them, per step doing. 

His kids don't know how to do that, he survived in 1998 those time, he was told the same things, so he can fix it up to a certain degree, someone did give him some instruction. So he kept that diet or the shape well. He can still jump up to the white car, so I watch him a little bit.    Yeah, something my mother told me.
