5. You keep your mind blank, or woozy, or juicing, or the warm soup, you make it 100% attention at your bathroom door, to get near, to doing nothing but get up or get down to sleep and make it to each elimination of your body toxin.

You have no other ways than doing these kind of the elimination. 1 time is 1 time, 10 times is 10 times, 20 times a day its only 20 times peeing urine per litter to exchange your new blood stream less toxin over your emotion of the last 40 years medical syringe science, the chemical.

You wasn't told to combination the method, meaning just taking a bath or warming of your 4 hands/ feet in combine to the day or the night rhythm. Someone told you that was from me.

I told you, its too much force just tiny shift of any part of your body, you don't believe in me.
