8)  You tie up the patient when they have the broken joint, the broken bone, the fracture....and you seeing the blood on them, and you are not panic to look at that situation or able to carry that together without another person to ship to the aircraft.

You stop the bleeding, or check their pulse, or check their breathing, or put the oxygen mask on, you know what an ambulance door open and close those things, or get on or get out those procedure.

This is the important thing to talk about? 

The patient that got injured and be sent from this emergency service ?!

You don't need an ER service as much as you belief, like the surface skin got scrap on the ground, the children. You just spray the alcohol or the peroxide, to clean the wound a bit, the blood or the wood chips, to gauze that, and tape it.

Is that the ER service?

Not exactly, that is on-site doctors arrives that point, he can just stay there without moving the patient and do the ER service, just a scrap of the skin, or the knee.

Anything other than the broken bones?

The broken nose, the nose is not a bone, its a catridge. The teeth is a bone, all the teeth. The injure of the eyes, the ears, or the neck, or the chest, or the ribb, or unconscious or swallow a bb ball, or the children suffocate at the throat, or the stomach ache swallowing the chlorine those.

YES. You don't emergency processing those, they will die.

You want to know which things are not the ER surface? The denture fall off, or the night wear is not in place for month, they need to go back to the dental office for the doctor to look.

The sport arena, the arm got hurt, or the thigh, or the muscle got pulled or little bit sprain on the ankle, or the period pain.

They take the medication those....

Your father doesn't need those hospital bill and you aren't...needed to go there, the other 2 go.

If the water and the chiropractor can fix the problems, then that is good ! You just go along with the ride and they will fix everything for you.

Your chiropractor, the physical therapist, or the on-site family doctors during the Christmas everyday, they got paid. Those are your bill. The nurse stand get hired, or they can do your arm, or legs injection, or the pain killer patches, or the blanket, or the heating device, or the bed sheet, or the bedding, or later the room service if combine together, you calculate for the outside people...those.

That day you gone with your father to the hospital or the mall that day.....you were....being examined. Those are all the bills.
