You had a goal in the past, you had your worry, you write it out your mood, and keep aside. You feel you release your emotion bondage, and you keep that as your private things. To that small works you can do on yourself, you seeing some doctors, you cannot pay all the time to seek out the help, but you knowing that process to get to Jesus better when he seeing the people growing into an adult form.
