This is insane !  They have how big this island to be, the donation for the doctors, or even the system itself, has a lot of the donor charity money I believe. Because we are a lot smaller. But correct, I have read the hospital news with the health care insurance coverage. Its overload the government.

	The soy yogurt, that is one thing here we don't have. You can do the orange, the kiwi, or some other blends to make a yogurt in the morning. We have the regular fat yogurt, not the soy yogurt. Yeah, the cargo, if they put the ice pack around it.
