- Today I eat 2 meals, and some more fruits. To keep the regular morning routine.
- Today, I didn't drink the coffee, and cargo my own water, and fill up some thermal boiled water, or I assembly those Berkley emergency clean water, my hands are clean.
I lose 1 pound per 2 days if I relax less stress, and eating less, and take the lunch break to walk a bit, breathing outside, walking a more frequent in the work place.
I didn't eat the cheese, I didn't eat the bread, I didn't eat the meat, or the outing food.
I just boiled some water noodle + the cucumber + tomato + some basil, some salt, some sugar. With some soy sauce + the washed bok choi.

You walking in your apartment waiting these boiled, washed, and drank the water, and take a shower every time you enter home, and get you laundry those outside energy to clean.
I trim my nail, I trim my toe nails, I put away my eye glasses sometimes, to stretch my eye muscle, I want to cure myself the vision, the obesity.
I wash my hands more thoroughly. You write them down to keep yourself in check.
