The can cocnut, there is the coconut cream, or the coconut milk. My mother does these casserole.

You can use the pasta, or the potato. Remember I told you ginger and the evaporate can milk?

So you can use without the milk.


Its very tasty, the right side. Its the slice of the potato. Some people probably don't like trying something different, but I tell you I done that once....this Hunger Game reminds me, it was all the time in UB, at that time, before I met my ex bf. I did create some dishes in the college time. I try out. I start to remember. 

The vegetable shortening its 1:1 ratio to the flour, almost you saying you seeing the one full cup to those small tiny container of the organic store shelf. That itself its the oil. Normally.....I think you just buy the crust from the big store. You don't need to make from home made, but in case you see that, I show you.




Well, i didn't finish, you buy a dozen case of the coconut creme can + a dozen case of the coconut milk. One pot, you put the lemongrass in it, to soak, these brocolli, or the cauliflower once wash and trim, with the chicken stew, its a curry of itself. Not the picture above, I mean in the real stainless pot. You can also use the curry powder, right, 2 things don't mix. You take some of that, drink it, and imagine if you mix here.

All these liquids, with or without the chicken, its good for the rice. They are the sauce.

You eat salmon can or Costco, they selling this giant salmon, I never process that. Anything like the salmon can, we have the vegetarian here. You mix that to anything, its also another cold dish pasta salad. 

Its almost looks like you went to the Wagman's window glasses panel, you go there and pick which salad you wish to eat. Its all the cold dishes. Maybe you know what things go with the salmon can, the white toast in itself? Like you cut the white toast 4 edge off.

Slice 4 edges.....that is the very neat design, almost you seeing the England kitchen they doing those, but its just the salmon can in it.

I cannot eat all that, its very very fat. I think the dice tomato and the salmon can, like you scoop things out and re-mix, the dice tomato with some parsley, the entire things look less can food. The washed parsley.

Right, they are all different kinds of the soupy, or the salad. Most people probably mean the potato salad the most common what the people eat. Probably the variation of the pasta shape, its those curls one. 

For the pasta casserole, its also the same coconut milk, and the coconut creme. On the top you put the cheese on it. Its the only thing fat, the very top layers. Not even below. Its because of the mixture in between, the ratio of that coconut milk and coconut creme.

Are they realy from coconut? The fruits from the tree, right.
So no fat? No fat. That is why I say you getting the whole case of its. That is one dozen = 12 of that. You ship that and leave in the garage, that is cold, like the fridge already. 





You have 2 pasta salad + oil original pasta + salmon tomato parsley neat cut white toast 

The chicken / orange / green or kale salad

The casserole is warm.

The lemongrass curry is warm

The rice cooker your type of the long grain rice.


They are all left over, and the marinated potato in the fridge. In the afternoon, it baked 40 mins, its done when I wake up from the nap. Its a side dishes. With the devil egg in the fridge. You swallow one things. They are all very fat to me. I won't be eating any of a lot of that, but Westlife they can all take home if you sample taste them. 



The casserole, has to add some flour in it, so that doesn't taste anything like the coconut, I gonna tell you how that goes here, my mother made them here. You know how the Chinese take out they are gravy looking, they use MSG, so here if you use the flour, the entire casserole doesn't taste anything coconut, and its thicken enough, but its just coconut + flour. No MSG.


Here is the best for the coconut curry + lemon grass.

The mug beans transparent......noodles, almost like the glass noodles. Its not actually Vietanese noodles. Its a mugbeans. I tell my mother to ship it. Its soften.
