You want to get a PC? Get a bigger room where these hotel, you plug in like your office desktop? Do you get a name card with the emaili address? They can read better in English. 

You need an extension cord, the speaker, and the keyboard + a wireless mouse + 7-11 those battery.

You deciding if you stay or going home, or moving again to Japan. Even in the short stay to put everything in a box to ship it, that is the sea shipping, you do that in the post office. All moving up to Japan. You pick a place where you want to set up that new PC. If you keep touring, no. If you decide to stay, even just 2 or 3 month, you set up these few days just indoor, everything indoor, sleep, eat, rest, and watching your TV or the computer, or putting things more in order, you feel breathing? None of this are a big deal, its almost like you go to the library to use the computer !! There is no transaction on that PC, its just an interface you are inside that hotel and use the wireless internet. You browse an internet.
