When the girl drinks the soup, your stomach is warmer. American eats the salad, so I am not sure you always like those clear broth, nothing but the water going it down. They like the thick soup. Asian when we grow up, we always drink the clear soup, so....if you are not used to that, you drink the warm water, other than the coffee those, or the tea.

Check out the chiropractor and some psychiatry, they are the paper will never go out best friend. Anything you talk about in that private space. Hate, or want, or thinking about.....you vent enough you feel different, or you write, and email that doctor. All of that is private, you gone enough, you just slam the door, and....go back to your life.

You don't fix everything in one day, in one week. You take 10 weeks, to 10 months, give another 3 month, everything loosen a bit your entire body. Drink the distilled water, carry them home, always focus those cleaner diet, the fruits to go to the bathroom every morning, and lots of the fluid, the distilled water, or the filtration kitchen water, and soupy, keep yourself 4 hands /feet, the ending warm, the warm water soaking, the hot water soaking.

DC is very cold, so for me, I will tell you......I just go for this 1 hour per time, I go in the bath tub. I got cold too quickly. The house heating is not always on in Buffalo.

Here is a lot more comfortable for me. Even for my mother, too. She doesn't keep that habit, the 4 hands/ feet soaking. So this kinds of the climate change is better for the rest of the women.
