You say this is the transition of time for the entire organization might lasting 2 to 3 years., I am making the efforts in it. You keep talking about it.
- This is the organization transition time.
- The new successor, everyone is exciting to meet her.
The more you talk out a lot, the more you will feel real, you can keep talking like 2 or 3 years, you are prepared, you are planning, you are participating with the other organization people to make sure, or ensure this transition is
1) Testing the water
2) At the local or at your nun or monk groups.
3) Bring her to some small media gathering, or seeing one journalist, hand by hand you doing it next by her.
You know, you have so many ways you bring her very slowly next by you, including in the big retreat, she sitting close by to you, or at the first row, or the second row, and asking her how she feels, that day, that weekend.
To her, you are her God, remember?
If you just collects these 100 small tiny little things.
a. You take her to the public tour in the ashram, Sunday, you walk with her in New Land, from here to there.
b. You maintain that for 3 weeks.
c. You take her to the Master house to explain to her the next 5 weeks, you volunteer here yourself, sit and learn.
d. You asking the contact person to drive her from Mali to New land for 5 weeks.
e ....
You make a plan for her to seeing this running around things, by 2 or 3 years, she is not done getting nervous everywhere she goes, and you feeling it, you are not left out of the scene.
You are in the transition to let go.
