Maybe Western has those marinated chicken drum (those BBQ sauce glare)

Because in Chinese, we have those soy sauce base, I have seen it. I vaguely remember....so sometimes just one of those pot, how many people can there be 4 people or 2 people. They eating this things every single day they are not tired of it....

One time I learn about this meat how they cook, its the external heat so high like this, so the center of the meat are cooked done, and they have those thenometer to the core of the chicken to test the temperature. Yeah, I was learning how to cook meat. The entire TV, they.....the way I seeing how they cook, they cook the whole piece of the meat, they can just cut them and boil them first and baked them anyway?

I tell you time flies when you cook

I often doing those things alone in the kitchen. The big oven on for the meat, and the small oven for the potato roasted rosemary its for the left over, putting away to the containers for the next day, and baked some left over small pizza that oven front and back 15 mins. That is the small portion.

Then the big oven, those are for the big meat, or those they love the garlic paste with the rosemary and olive. Just one toss small tiny cup or dish for the garlic next by those big 2 meats, and then next time interval its for the chicken drum.

You can just use the oven to get the chicken crispy? Any sugar coating is very simple, that Chinese youtuber show you, its the maple syrup with the BBQ or just the refined sugar ~~~~~

If I start by 2 oclock, I might finish it by 6 oclock, they don't get back until 10 or 11. 

I done those waiting before....one human in the house. Alone. So many times.
