No, they have the human on Taiwan land, from American land military or the police from Taiwan local.  When you coming in as one ship, you will tell them the border you coming in, you are outside, but you coming in to get the water supply or the food. Or including you staying somewhere on the Taiwan land, when if you admit to the hospital if you get too sea sick. You prepare all that before you coming. You are still using the same American passport or anywhere else passport. We have an American embassy, they move away, or else I take you 4 blocks at it?
