You can have 2 or 3 people eating one jar Prego, you dilute with some creme, or coconut milk can, you don't use all of it. Dilute that.
You put that half can of the coconut cream on the smaller container, (you get a stock, or stulk of the lemongrass), that is for the pasta next day or the mug beans crystal noodles, some sugar some salt.
How? That container half can left not used the coconut cream can
+ some carrots + lemongrass + salt / sugar. + some broccoli + some greens.
You are not cooking for 4 people every single day, right? Just you.
You get some bread, baked in the oven, that is crispy next by the pasta plate + some butter or the creme cheese. Not a lot, just a bit, looks a normal meal, right? The guys know you know how to cook?
