You want to go to a private clinic, and tell them your every problem, first. Are they expensive like the hospital? You get some medicine for your heart. I think you have those heart palpation, what is the word, the heart attack, or the heart stuck, hurting inside, even you are not chulby those?

I am not gaining a super weight, but this is 20 pound more than I used to, and I felt my heart too when I went to toooooooo stressful and shock.  I did feel it.

Can you get a women's butler, coming with you from the US. She goes and hire a translator to settle your every paper works if coming here, and the kids, or the baby sitter or the food.

( the Philiphino maid, they are all like 18-25 age, they are young. They cannot handle any of your too big of the issue in America.)

Your butler can speak in English, and the maid and the day care college lady can speak in English, but you want somebody to handle your ANY problem, it has to come from the US. Including taking 1 day back airplane, fast in fast out.  - It is a straight flight. 

Your secretary, your accountant, your lawyer, and of that.....you have to be well to call them when you land, and gone to the hospital here and got out. In LA, everything is so near by, those kinds of the community felt.

Don't you all go to Japan, you feel safer? Its a family doctor referral situation, so you do hire someone to find out anything in Japan. Here I just go to the hospital pharmacy to sound like those pile up in my convenience, I have those MD 6+2 to pretend they do a job for my mother's heart. I just need to lose the weight.

Shane, when he landed.....he only sign sign sign because I speak in Mandarin and English at the same time, and I mobilize myself in the city left and right. All documentation is on your left. Eat out, all on your right. 

He is not in an emergency to do anything here....and I am? This building they have the issue, and I have to clean up the entire computer and the phone and do the back-up.

You see a doctor and get some X-ray check up and travel with you, I think all of you doing the same, you feel better, you tell your assistant better. Those image scan, too.

You see a family doctor, it doesn't need to be referral immediately, but you know the problem, or ready to travel.

You need to tell your account, tell your lawyer, tell your assistant manager, or tell your secretary....like 1 to 5 or 6 people working with you around you in LA. They know you have a family doctor in the US, some medicine before you get on the airplane, some calm down you yourself to sleep, or you always have some heart problem, you report them immediately, it might be a very very simple some medication.

I have about 1000 lawyers, and I don't have a business. Here I only need a notary, or what reason I need them, my sister need them so I know which office to trespassing, show up, pick up and go including the translation. 

My head is my math, so I don't have an accountant because I don't have a business.

I don't have the tasks to do daily to keep an assistant manager like Shane that is Westlife.

I just go to the stationary bookstore, so I don't need a secretary.

You have too many obligation and stress. You cannot stay in America, move one state over.

If you gonna land to die, you can just spend all your money in the America hospital, I think.

💝💖🥧🧁   A lot of the women when they meeting a guy, you wish them organize in their daily life in the bill and in the business. But when these women did succeed in the women's business world, they withdraw even getting the heart ache to keep their business in those real organization Eben's world, or CEO Space, those entrepreneurship. 

💝💖  You do wish their major is a bit math and the nursing or the medicine related, but not too much bio, so they can cook, and keep that home routine, to say meeting a Philippino maid and a day care baby sitter to talk about the law, the annual tax, the property tax, or the deduction on which column and array, or those ligation personal staff on the phone in English communication. These tutors including the studying home, they all have a pride in them as they were 18-25+ those age, when they get in those top university. 

Those language stay in the LA all around the business, everyone knows how tough nutshell those environment or including raising a kid.

Your main focus on those are straight forward to you attention.  You feel better if they stay where near by them, because those business is...whatever that business are.

4000 USD a day hospital, he does those check-up?

Here, they do that in one afternoon. He doesn't need to stay in the hospital, but saying for 2 weeks. Probably in America, that is 7 days, 28,000. But correct, almost every I know Taipei these hospital, they are very friendly oriented to someone like me. He knows some connection, which hospital, he just walking freely those zone for 2 weeks, it isn't the most comfortable, every hospital I think. Also the food is different. But that is probably not going to be 28,000 for 1 week. 

Here he can live for 2 month in the hospital. I think he is doing fine.
