You get those energy bar, thinner energy bar, not guggle down, bite it per piece to swallow smaller piece it down. Those are not easy to digest.
NO, you won't die ! Drink the green super food, the morning or the afternoon, the orange juice and some pears.
The dinner, you have one banana, and you just go to sleep. Walking a bit, do some laundry, and bathing, and go to sleep !!
