“Turn to left” you know the brain is a circular inside front all that. My vision is = my whole body turn 

About 100 degree, not comfortable look up. 

And you use that sky but my eyes is flat up. My head lay back down to see the full head up

That cut would be from my….. I lay down, so that’s near the back of the left ear

Turn 100 degree left , rise up the head 65 degree angle, meet the focus of the first cut landing at the top from the eyes, the radius line has to draw out. A line all out.
