You know the difference when you can sleep with a calmer mind, and calmer idea about your life, this is only 1 week. You thinking about Kryon or Shili ...and seeing this movie, or you found or heard, or someone told you, and your life is not settle.....whichever this glory or happiness or getting old, but you know you are in some good hands.
About the girls, about the movie, about the past, about this entity you live with the whole life, but one thing is your head without a noise at night.....you fallen to sleep faster, but you tear a lot. It hurts you whole day, and you tearing a lot. Whenever you did cry, you got so so so so tired, and upset, and the stomach gets more upset, and you don't eat, or forgot to drink, or the bathroom to reach, to warm the hands only 1 mins but you crying for the next 59 mins.
When you relief a toxin in your head, walking or exercising, you stand up from white out, you seeing a different color in your head included ....you wish to see things normal, so all that upset your entire body chemistry if the things are not steady, not moving, not if you stay on the bed sitting up, someone talking to you, not shaking included,
Drinking the water, or the juice, or the fruity idea juicing, will relief a quiet amount of the head tension + your crying, but you need to know, you stabilize your internal not to keep getting your stomach upset, the crying parts.
You stop doing that, you quit your stomach to feel upset. Sit up, breath, look outside, find something online funny to read, or stabilize yourself, close your eyes, in the closure space, or someone taken you out to feel the wind on your face, to feel the scenery.
Not to upset your stomach if you keep crying.
You can stabilize that crying part, try hard on this 2nd week.
You can write it down your life good parts about this, why God decide to taken that away from you, remember those verse says, ask someone to get you a Bible.
1. Sleep good. I feel 7 days if I re-done, not upset the stomach, maybe I can sleep one more hour.
2. Thought less disturbs other than my own opinions views, not being intrude all the time.
3. Not being boss around.
4. I am good or I am not good, that is my business.
5. No one judges me its a secret or its just a random thought cannot be proven.
6. The life is aim at the good side, and someone agrees that the life go upward, and wishing that calming down the voice, one day I will know what is a normal brain function.
7. So if I write to myself to the future or the 7 days ago.....
What do I think the normal body or the normal brain function. If I no longer cry anymore....I get more friends to talk to me, or more doctors to talk with their literacy. Have I tried?
8. Do I think another week, when I will get to a normal brain, how it is to feel like.
