Everyday going out of any door other than staying home, then other than the city convenience, in America everyone has to cook, and package some snack in the bag, in the backpack.

I did watch this video. Not everyday but going back the same older ones.
You wake up if in the mid-night, you can change your shirt, and no one can be called or you got scared they intrude your space. It might be a dream, or just you sweat to get up, the same bed sheet. You tell them to change the whole things, and often, too.
You used to.
There are these arms and the drum sticks, poking towards you, or at the chest, you seeing that, you will react in the real life, your body is still reacting on it, that will be at behind your back, about a little bit upper back that is the adrenal.
You realize you seeing a real doctor or the physical therapist, you know they are the human, right? You identify that feeling they are there to fix something. Its not blessing light, its part of your cells, and if those be taken away, you immediately will have no more response of that inside your body physiology.
Is that good or bad?

I understand now. You have this when the vision was no longer there, or being altered, people don't see you as the messiah anymore, because those "friends" helping you, and those defined your statues with all those around you. 1) Go to sleep, lay down.
2) The doctor's treatment.
3) Write down something to visit the doctor and talk about.
4) A very mechanic schedule how you warm your hands or the foot, or the bedding, to clean.
You do not question anyone, just ring the bell, Mon, Wedn, Fri make a schedule to this maid.
5) The fruits, the water, the correct things to put on the folding table.
You shut off your entire 5 sense other than the mechanical routine. No seeing, no hearing those, no judging, no friendship those. Not messiah yourself those, no more believing God or ghost, no associating.
You force your way out, then you will success a lot faster shifting your reality back to where you should be.
If I pinch my lymph mode....that near my neck all that, that is not a treatment, you imagine those?
You use a hot warm towel, not dripping at it your skin.
