The skating song, your father has a guest....Giogria. ....
You are serious about your medical write-up for? Kate?
I saw Mark LOTR his one video. Not that Christmas initially stage. Whom is the girl also standing to fallen?
Your job as a paramedic, you want to find out 1) if they got a broken bone and not in bleeding (outside cannot see) just all wounded inside the skin, or 2) it was worse, its broken and bleeding at the same time.
They both required the parmedic, you think what I do?
You transfer them to ER with the limited procedure and try to save them, that is not what you do?
You worry I don't know what you do?
You read what I do?
No. You just have to get on the helicopter, there is only one thing I imagine they asking you to do. Save yourself and your family.
You are so so so so so sure what you telling me, right? Any of this?
Right.
You have no doubt you always believing in these, right?
YES.
You have no doubts, its not in the textbook. I read it. (hand me the book.)
... ...I never really repeat the words from the textbook, but that is just an anatomy textbook and the physiology textbook. Lee's any textbook, I know very little including the biochem. But correct, usually you reading those books, to where you re-write that entire things, that is how you becoming a doctor, just saying it in a totally different English, those 50 states liscence boards felt fine with it.
And you have no doubts DOING ANY OF THIS to me, and they will not write that in the textbook?
Nope.
There is no water in the textbook.
No.
Tell me again about this external wound, I care about it....what do I need to know?
You mean you seeing that in the real job site, can you forget that right now? NO!
They wish to train you in a scenario might involve with the gun shot, or not necessary just fallen from the roof, and the legs cannot walk, and he might be amputated if being too late, or any insurance policy does not cover, or that is the hospital, or the local clinic somewhere and transfer to a bigger city.
Right. That is not the external wound in definition?
Its your flighting route in definition.
Okay.
When you saying an external wound, you need to stop the bleeding immediately, and not in the major vessel that person just keep bleeding out of his breath, coma, and die.
You are so sure, that is a coma after the bleeding?
Unconscious.
Okay, no oxygen to breath right?
No more blood in the brain, in the organ, and no oxygen reach the brain or the heart beat.
And that is very very bad, no oxygen in the body?
Correct, the brain dead, or the heart stop beating.
It has to be always equip with the oxygen, the oxygen mask being used?
Correct.
You always knowing that when you get on the ambulance? I remember my first time get on the...helicopter maybe. These full of the blood......
No, usually you get trained a lot more once you know the theory, I also blank out because I have never seen the blood in my life, and my major was never really walk into the medicine field, that is all what you called the surgeon, or the external medicine ( My mother that is the internal medicine for having 3 kids).
Taking drugs, that is what it means, right?
Almost, yes.
Any other therapy like relax mode those?
Not in the hospital to see the doctor, talking about the feeling, or talk about the kids, all that.
So you know a lot of these stuffs, the division of all of these, why you don't go to the medicine field, the PCAT those?
I don't like the blood, I don't really believe those things.
But you are pursuing in your own way.
My bio only was in middle school, the nutritional class, and the dietitian idea, were all from the middle school when I met Westlife, 3 years. I didn't pursue much bio in the high school, maybe the 10th grade. When I was in UK, I re-read that entire Bio textbook, and the Thinkwell. It wasn't easy, I hate the bio.
But you work in this bio now....
When I leave the school, I no longer bound too much of the textbook, then I start to copy per video, the animation, or paper, or the magazine. Its the same, it isn't a dead studying I cannot understand what these textbook is written for, usually I got angry, and the times too short, my life too chaos....until I can be free in the library, I didn't really care about all that study,...I wish something else, and they had that set up in the library. The magazine stand, or the couch or the sofa, and you think about your life, and you imagine what life that is ....
So you don't really like the school?
No.
Can you write a textbook if you know this much in a different word, and submit to them, since you get this big name on the television and they pay you something?
You want to be a co-author, and submit your paper to them?
Kinda of
Usually I just let them know, I know the textbook which sides of the words, which sides of the knowledge I am aware of repeated back to them. If they know, its easier to operate these System Talk, its all because of me. I know the reason, and too many reason cannot be 1 year 2014 be said. And too many other things, as well.
But you didn't go to the school, and why they set up this system to hurt you to hurt me?
Nope. To get the client back to the America like them.
They didn't even graduate it yet.
So no clients.
So if you finding a bone doctor and affordable and you can train them, or tell them exactly what, or you get the X-ray and no one knows you carry that to show to...this secret "someone" can fix the bone in Asia, it can still work?
Yes.
You have no doubts about it, they know exactly what you are saying and seeing on the X-ray?
Yes. You want your sample writing to American medical board, why don't you hand it to your England medical board.
Too hard. Every time I asking them something. Are they the same?
YES.
( Watching the video)
Look up...
Next post.
