You cannot possibly eating the sea food everyday? The pasta is the boiled water with the pasta in it, about 13-15 mins. Just dump the whole box in. You put the oil when they storage in your fridge. It can last 3 days.  

454g is 4 serving, you eating that 4 times. You don't eat that much, then 5 or 6 time with the snack in the afternoon, a few bite.
