Fish and 魚
We have the election here, so maybe after the election I doing this 70% exercise time or washing not cooking. I would have 4 times at least going out walking, that is about 4 blocks each time, working up towards. Like the morning, the afternoon just wake up from the nap, or earlier, or later early evening, that is 3 times walking. And having a smaller walk near my place here, that is 4 times walking + jumping a bit exercise.
我們有選舉這邊所以大概在選舉之後，我做這種 70% 時間運動跟洗滌沒有燒菜，我會有四次走路像說這四的巷口，慢慢走到的那時間，像說早上呀 ! 或是下午剛起來，早一點起來，傍晚就三次，但是之後走一點點小小的距離我家附近，就是四次走路 + 跳跳跳的運動
Right now I only walk once in the morning, its coming back up, and going down again.
現在是我走一次，有上來一點點，但是開始下降
