Any paste format of the food is a lot easier to digest, not a piece of the chulk meat. But you don't wait someone too hungry to give to them.

When I light boiled the broccoli, because its Nicky and Kian + me, I can just do a lot bigger quality, all going in light boiled, and in the glass jar, anytime someone wants to chew something, with the baby carrots to boil a lot longer. There is those stainless strainer to keep the broccoli only the 30 second. 

You never do those decoration plate? 


The peeled cucumber (just like the morning that big bundle), with the salt, sugar and vinegar can be marinated almost like the idea of the pickle. We Taiwan use the small cucumber.

Both this BIG bundle of the cucumber or the carrots, how do I create a table plate art each morning....you think that was a joke.



It doesn't need to be every day, but I try some of the days....I just tell them I never create this type of the dishes. Its unlimited peeled cucumber and the carrots in the big bundle of the plastic. My juicing morning.

I am not hungry for the pasta, but its done. Its in the fridge. I haven't' taste it yet, you can eat it if you want, I just put in the fridge.
