... Inside a kitchen, like me don't require to eat 3 meals. 1 mid day meal.

What happened is, all these chores can be separated in day, afternoon, evening to make something or just washing one thing. If you know you just washing ONE thing, your mind is at ease, and next day the green is already being prepared.

The soup puree, pumpkin is only the fall season.

The clear soup or the juicing is for my face and the health reason.

See how much things Eben has, a lot of the guys very into those things. I seen nick doing that, I seen a lot of people doing that actually. My brother does that too. I use to buy Boku too. Those Natural News from Health Ranger, nick says...his name is Mike Adam. Its a subscription monthly. 

Right now I just take the juicing. A lot of people wonder why, I will tell you, you will save yourself pain in the older age. Just believe what I tell you, early to settle your senior care idea. The multi-vitamin or the women's vitamin. Sunlight, the water, hygenic, taking more green, less process food. Home made food. Less coloring or the sugar cookies all that, cake, sweet, pastry all that. I seeing a lot of the old age people in my life, when they arrive that age, you cannot do anything anymore.


I am a women

I tell you, 1 or 2 meals a day is....well I have to lay down before and now I need to lose weight so ...I cannot just intake food to imagine it will get digested. But if you have a period pain, you think the guys don't think you tell him every month? The sex reason or getting close reason? They never have a pain.

Let's say if I eat something and suddenly, last month, after 3rd time eat something, my abdomen starts to feel discomfer, not cramp. The discomfer. You as a women supposes to know how much you wish to get rid of the period pain. 

  • Not cramp
  • And when it reduced down to discomfer, you still wish the pain will disappear.

You cannot describe it at all, how exactly it feels painful.
