蔥 Chinese Chive

You know you have those Chinese take out, a big sweet and sour tofu soup? They have those vertical plastic container? Long? You fill up those Big Berkey emergency water and you cut some of that to grow the chive, it will keep growing.

You know you air shipping these container, or you use your plastic zip bag, or any porslin China ware to grow sprouts. Taiwan has this perfect ratio of the pizza yeast, or those fried food baking soda + baking powder. Like I live here, just I never feel I left the Western World time frame, or even their langauge skills for 7.5 years long you know. You eat the same thing, you talk the same stuffs. In Taiwan, you can only do these hydroponic more easily. And sometimes you go to 7-11.
