Tina remember those time she is doing those weight lifting, as far as I think she gone to 58Kg one time. Now she is on the 64 Kg up.
Right now if I plan my 66 kg, I didn't do a huge amount of the walking, just no carbohydrate. I do drink the orange juice, and multi-vitamin and this thing my mother bought. I give myself another week see how fast the weight coming it down. I be watchful, and be careful. My blood pressure is low, in the hospital, I can see that everyday.
What to do? Feeling my body warm up, or take some raisins.
The running I found its where the weight fallen....Because 2018-2020 those cook food, its when I went down to 61 kg to ready to do the juicing in 2021/2022.

Then Tina's 58kg. That is a substantial weight. I wait a little bit. Stay a bit then coming it down again. Its probably okay just keep going it down. When I lose weight, I lose the arm, or the abdomen, and the face.

The normal range, you know how they divide the weight scale, 61-63 I think its coming to normal, the line. 58 Kg is normal range
The running is like I am not very equip at the first time to run, so I also stop, but I keep bounce, and jumping whenever I can. The second day when I try again, I can feel my body fat are moving, loosen. I think running is needed to going it down furher. The last time I stuck at 61 kg.
Will I be scared if I cannot go down?
I can. I used to do some of those walking, I just work it up, every day how to move that weight scale. My mother is exercise everyday. She is competitive, its funny with the human heart. She is competitive.
