我前幾年不是有一本在寫 , The 2 years ago I have one book written

在某個時間的體重就是現在我下來, At that interval time my weight was then, to now coming it down.

我其實很開心 I am actually happy.

我其實也不清楚為什麼我要增重,這 COVID 19, I don't really know why I have to gain weight, this COVID 19.

但是其實是有原因我自己也算的很誇張 But there is a reason, even math I count its very exaggerating.




是不是說你們其實很餓? 你們吃什麼都一直吃下去? 那我的事情怎麼辦? 我就一個人一直活著? 我打算怎麼減下來? 我上次卡在 61 kg, 我現在已經要從 66 下來,先講說 64 kg, 再說 62, 60, 58 kg.

公斤其實不是磅,我不吃三餐的,所以多動一點,前兩個三個禮拜叫做過度,我其實很累腿走不動了,就是抬腳很離譜,但是因為走太多,我休息的這幾天,體重就下來! 很奇怪。

I was saying that for 2 or 3 weeks, I walk so exhausted, my legs. Just when I get the break to put up my legs flat, like rest a couple days, my weight start to breaking it down.

If I using this book, I suspect, tomorrow I gone back to the year July 21th, 2022

我說如果我用這本,我的體重明天回到七月的 21 在 2022. 不覺得很好玩?
