I think the Wagman’s those salad are what you all needed the most right now.

Juicing 

I still cannot take those Eben does green, it’s expensive too. Here in Taiwan I can only acquire those. It’s mild taste. (Birds slow slow slow, good morning, you are back? Where did you go? My roof). The green has what they say the chlorophyll. Nick does a green powder those Halijulia acres’ diet, it’s a barley max and I took the beet max. Yeah, I think I might still order some of that. Those things when you have the money and my 3 meals are not heavy, they are efficient to the body and by that time I will lose a lot more weight too. 

They do the raw food, it’s similar to the church business, I think it’s like the pyramid.

Like a maintenance program because I don’t intake a huge quality food, the blood stream is cleaner, then I don’t need all that all the time. 




When you have these salad prepare food, if for any reason you are waking up or too busy, you keep your mind off by eating. Just not too fatty. The holiday okay risotto. The rest of the year has to be in the fitness program. Like the work load or the stress.

And those food created steady. They boil like the pasta only 12 - 14 mins. The quinoa or millet. No, then I only do the chickpeas in the slow cooker, the reason to generate all those amount has a reason, the hummus or by itself already flavored. With the slow cooker, it’s they cook overnight.

Is chickpeas fat? It’s a legume. Some people like those in Europe. America maybe not eating the chickpeas. Europe they eat that Italian.




Do I literally create 6 salad at the same time

I think Nicky they go around people’s houses. Maybe at the beginning seeing the food being polite to all of them. If they didn’t trespassing each others house, right. Maybe not those much left over, but technically …why it’s called the left over, it’s no more 2 or 3 days gone?

The pasta, the quinoa, the millet, the chickpeas 

Washed the olives and the parsley, refine the tomato dice

Get an artichoke can, you can just duplicate some with olives, some without, some with the reddish slice, some with the dice apple, very refine. Some with the soy yogurt. There is the beets too. 

It’s duplicated.


The baked red potato only marinated 1 hour. So preparing all these will get done first, then i juicing, throw that baked 40 mins, the pizza next (rising for an hour), I am talking about the small oven that’s 15 mins front and the back. 2 tray in at the same time. It’s just Nicky.


I like those food.

I done my mothers this small oven so many times.

The 6 salad, baked roasted potato and pizza, that’s more than enough selection. I think the rest they go take out meat too heavy chulk.
