I used to take the fruits juice; now I incorporate the veggie juice - apple, tomato, cucumber, carrots.
The pasta salad can be just washed artichoke, dice cucumber, shallot or the red onion, olives.
Some people diet plan can just chew on the cucumbers whole day long ?
1. Tomato, cucumber, cashew, olives (salted already )
2. Boiled broccoli, kale
You think no one eat that kinds of diet. I eat that kind + the soup.
If the guys just took some of these shared, I have to make my own food.
