You know how I start these cooking idea, its per layer.
The leeks best its to put in the dumpling inside mix. I do those dumpling. You are not going to find people whom do those dumpling filling inside with the leek washed that well. You can use
Tofu, vercinillie, leeks, carrots, all very fine chopped. Or you have the blender, it blends once. With Nicky they are, its for them to taste once. Some people don't like them, so you don't create that in the freezer place. But let's say they have a separate freezers, you can have just one alumnium container, the Chinese Spring roll, one is the dumpling.
They take out by that amounts when I am not around, its very quick food to eat in the early morning they take out ( from the phone, do you take out those things to defrost)
So near the noon time, they know they have those things ready to eat.
