Right now, I could see.....there is a lot of this diet going on. We only talk about the soup, and washing the green. Right the carrots juice is good for the vision. Correct.
When you being with a guy, you know that is 3 meals, or with some snacks in between. Some people doing this raw food dehydrator.
Or when you shopping, you have to shop smart. I snack things, just not these snacks in America, so again I have to ask Nicky. Almost everything when you built upon 2 people's life. The snack, the guy's intake of what food he wishes to see, or just land, when I land, I spent time a month to copy and paste, til those diets meet his standard.

The Indian spice in itself, like cumin, and tumeric, some people can just drink that combination with some oil lightly fried them. But they have sell them in the package in Canada. In America, I never look out. In Canada, they have a such big population.
With the guys, they cannot just eat the hummus. For the girls, so the digestion is easy, to keep slim, to keep the body shape and the exercise plan all the time.
The guys have to eat something they bite with their teeth, and their digestion is a lot better, and give them the food, they work it out in the gym. Meaning the slow cooker, or the Indian spice, or those chick pea smash becoming a paste, that is not really a food with the pita bread. Its an appetizer.

You marinated the cut cubes these size potato or smaller, you marinated with those grocery glass jar rosemary+paprika+salt. I found one hour it baked for 40 mins, my small oven here. The small oven but its very heated in the compact space. Its done. You can taste it, you don't need 2 hours to marinated that. Like in the morning or in the afternoon, that was often my ex bf marinated and throw in the fridge for 2 hours, and baked in the oven for 40 mins.

Those are not the food. They are snacks. Maybe the food is more like the Pasta. The carbohydrate. You have 4 stoves, so the boiling pot, those are the real food going in and stand there until they boiled it right.
But if Nicky is not the type the pasta have to wait, its already in the fridge, it just take out to stir fried, maybe they eat those chickpeas, or the white beans, or some veggie washed, stir fried its warm, when he took a shower, the food is ready on the table.
That Pasta is not really what they eat, so...I think none of these food are correct. But you get the sense.
