No, you are fine, you drink some water, and go to sleep. A day 2 meals, you are totally fine (the light breakfast or the brunch and something lighter later). We normally the brain register need the 3 meals, but let's say you have been working all your life, and sometimes people keep telling you eat eat eat, and you forgot, too busy that day schedule, you feel bad and all that. That is no problem. A human body one meal a day even just only fruits, you are totally fine, the second day you get the normal meal. 

If you eat the meat, you need 4 hours to digest. Sit and sleep at your nap.

If you eat the vegetable, rice, the pasta, 1 or 2 hours. Sit and sleep at your nap.

You don't eat, then you just sleep all the way through, and wake up 5 and you eat some smaller sandwitch not too heavy, and til 9 and then shower and go to sleep.

You get nervous with your body, eat or not eating. People telling you, or you feeling bad, this and that. That is no problem, if you just intake the water very small amount food, for 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day you get back a full meal, you are totally fine.

You confident with your body, you are fine. You don't die on the hunger, of course not.
